Constant Beeping

A constant beeping sound from your keypad may occur due to:

  • Low battery

  • Internal reset after a battery change

  • Temporary keypad interference

If you are experiencing continuous beeping, try the following steps:

🔋 Check the Battery

  • Use Duracell or Energizer 9V alkaline batteries (with at least 5 years before expiration).

  • Do not use rechargeable, lithium, or off-brand batteries — these can cause inconsistent power or keypad failure.

🔧 Troubleshooting Steps

  1. Disconnect the battery from the keypad.

  2. Press each button twice (e.g., 11, 22, 33 …).

  3. Let the keypad rest for 5–10 minutes.

  4. Reinstall the battery.

  5. Try opening the safe using your combination.
