If the handle of your safe spins freely, it may be caused by one of the following factors:
The set screws of the handle may be loose and need to be tightened.
At the bottom center of the handle hub, there are two set screws.
To fix this:
Remove the two screws.
Make sure the center hole of the shaft is aligned with the center hole of the hub.
Reinsert the set screws and tighten them securely.
