I Lost My Safe Combination

If you have lost or forgotten your combination, there are two possible scenarios:


1. The Safe is Open

If your safe is currently open:

  • Remove the door panel to locate the backup code on a white sticker (see image for reference).

How to remove the door panel:

  1. Grab the panel from the side pouches.

  2. Push upwards.

  3. Pull outwards.



2. The Safe is Locked

If your safe is locked:

  • Contact a professional certified locksmith for assistance.

  • After speaking with a locksmith, please ask to your locksmith to contact our support team.

    • We will guide you on the safe drilling process (if needed) to minimize unnecessary damage.
